Default how do cotton and jack rabbits differ?

Eating wise I mean. Are the large jackrabbits as good eating as a cotton tail. I moved recently to texas and jackrabbits are all over. I am used to just cotton tail. Just wondering since they are so much bigger.

thanks

Not even close, eat one and you'll find out. Meat is a lot tougher and has a lot stronger taste.
