help with snares!

i need tips on making a snare.for any thing from mice to squirrels to raccoons.live or dead.it needs to be easy to make and not too complex

It is probably cheaper and easier just to buy some pre-made. Unless you are going to make a whole lot of them it doesn't pay to make your own.

the problem is is that i dont know how to do it.

Go to the snareshop website, they have an instructional page on how to set them. I can also help you with how I set mine and what I use and in what situations. You can get a dozen of them for $12.95, if you buy all the stuff to make them you will spend a couple hundred.

i meant how to make primitive snares

but do you like dig a hole and fill it in lightly with dirt?

Have no idea how to do that? Check out the Foxfire line of books, can probably find something in there.
