Does anyone know what raccoon pelts are to be worth? I live in Iowa. I head $5 average and then I also heard same as last year maybe a little higher average, $12. Any help?

Thanks,
Joey

Fur, Fish and Game usually has pretty accurate prices in the back of their magazine.

I LOVE that magazine. I have spent many a blizzard sitting near the woodstove, reading a copy of Hardings magazine (FFG), and daydreaming of what I would do inbetter weather. Only things in print closer to a country boy's heart are the Bible, and the Sears catalog (back when they still sold guns).

How much would you expect a rabbit pelt to be worth? Prolly $.50 LOL.

Last year we were getting 25 for red fox, 50 for beaver, and anywhere from 12-18 on coon. I expect to get the same this year.
