I was really surprised at how well my new Marlin .22 with a 4x15 scope performed this weekend. I had it sighted in for 25 yards and I was hittin' squirrels dead on out to about 40! Also i was getting them closer in to. The scope continued to amaze me despite its poor performance at the shooting weekend the week before. So because of it i can now raise my squirrel count to four!

what happened at the shooting weekend....trying to follow........was scope not zeroed in...boresighted...you left the scope cap on(its happened to me)

yeah, when i said shooting weekend i meant shooting range...little mix up on my part. but yeah, it took me quite some time to get it sighted in to 25 yards...probably about 45 minutes actually. so i was impressed how good it did despite that.
