Default Federal 'Power Shock' vs Remington 'Core Lokt'

What's your opinion on these two economically priced ammo in .30-06, for deer hunting under 150 yards? Both shoot well out of my Rem 700.

Cor Lokts have great terminal performance. They have always expanded well and done a lot of damage on the boiler room shots, and also have still exited on when I accidentally hit the shoulder bone in my 06. Can't expect more than that. I have never used the Federals.

They are both excellent. Which one is most accurate? Which one is least expensive? In that order because they are both relatively inexpensive anyway.

I like the Federal with Barnes TSX best. They are accurate and devastating

Yes they are. But they cost quite a bit more then the rounds we are talking about. I like them in my 300WSM but theya re almost twice as much as the Winchester Power Points im using.

My vote is for the core-lokt's, they have always shot alittle better out of my rifle's.

Thanks for the input guys. I used the Federal Power Shoks this weekend and got great results. Shot a large doe through the heart at 110 yards, she ran 30 yards. Shot a 250 pound 9 point Buck through the lungs and went 10 yards. Not bad for a box of ammo that costs around $9.00 after the $5.00 factory rebate. See photo.
