I've been shooting Barnes 70gr X bullets and 85gr TSX ,but I've changed that to the Barnes 80 gr TTSX and find it very accurate with good penetration . I'm loading 44 gr of R19 with the 80 gr bullet

I've seen some bucks with pretty deformed horn But being we only get one tag we don't shoot them . Usually it is spikes and forks that we see with that kind of horns ,but Ive never seen a mature buck...

Its possible to shoot a half inch group at 200 yd but to do so you would have had a quarter inch group at 100 yards . If you can do it four or five times in a row you might have something .
