Wild Hogs in New York??

I have heard that there have been some sightings of hogs south of the finger lakes region here in New York but I have been unable to confirm.

I second that!!!

If you need to salt your meat, do so after it is cooked! Salting prior to or while cooking only draws the moisture out of the meat resulting in dryer and tougher meat.
