Default Tripod for spotting scopes

Looking for one that will eliminate most of the shaking when trying to fine tune my spotting scope. There's a mountain of them out there and I find no clear winner. I will not be spending 1K on a stand either. Looking for STURDY and range use only.

Need some thoughts. I'm looking at the moment... at these two.

For the best bang for your buck, I'd try the Magnus line of video tripods. I have the VT-350 which has a fluid head for smooth panning. They're great for the money. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search...s+video+tripod
