Default new scope problem
I bought a hi point 9mm carbine 995 and mounted a baraska 3-9 40mm huntmaster on it and the scopes elevation is adjusted all the way up and its still shooting 12 inches low any help???

burris Z rings with plactic inserts, about -.020 under the front end, +.020 on the back.
