Default Leatherwood , High Lux optic scopes

Anyone use a Leatherwood muzzleloader series scope in the 3-9x40 ??
They claim the quality and lenses are as good or better then Leupold or Nikons ??
Good prices and include caps ,, Just curious ..

No info other than here-say from another forum. I'd not go in that direction if it were me. Usually, when companies say it's as good as ..., I avoid them. Good luck.

Tracker, I don't know about this particular Leatherwood, but in the 70's I had the opportunity to get familiar with the 10x Leatherwood while in the Marine Corps. Outstanding optics, bright, no fogging and held "0" in extreme conditions. I understand that Leatherwood is not made by the same company as back then, so the quality may be an issue now.
Good hunting
