Ideas for Offset Scope

I am trying to help a old friend with a scope problem. He has no vision in his right eye and his left wrist is fused preventing him from shooting left handed. He has Ruger M77 06 our idea is to find an affordable way to mount a scope on his rifle offset to the left so he could us his left eye, if any one has any sugestions I would like to here them.
