Default Eye relief

My omega scope is zeroed, but I want to loosen the rings, and slide it forward for more eye relief. Will this change my zero? Should I wait till the end of the season? Wether the scope is more forward or back I don't think will make a difference. What do you guys think?

Once you move the scope, you will need to zero it again.

However, the eye relief is what ever the scope "allows for", moving it up or back is not going to change that.
