Favorite saltwater fish to catch!?!

I am pretty green when it comes to fishing saltwater, but have caught Barracuda, permit, red, gag, and scamp grouper, snapper, ladyfish, spanish macks, sheephead, and a few other smaller misc. species but my favorite so far was the permit!

Mahi mahi. They're strong, acrobatic and taste great. Tuna are fun but it's hard on your back. Barracuda in shallow water can really scream the drag. That's a tough question.

Hard to beat Mahi mahi. Great fight and awesome on the grill! Inshore I like catching some nice flatties, can you tell my fishing centers around eating?

favorite to eat: mahi mahi

favorite to catch: just a good ol grouper and there #2 on the eat list

favorite to spear fish for: sheepshead there not that difficult but there fun and sometimes hard to find

tarpon tarpon tarpon tarpon tarpon!!!!! oh yeah, red and snook and mahi and grouper and king and shark and permit and amberjack and cravalle jack... should i stop? i love 'em all.... especially tarpon though
