how do you make seafood gumbo?

I went on a hunting trip last season and the guys at the camp made some gumbo and used grouper in it. I don't know all the ingredients of it but I nearly busted a gut. It was great! I was hoping I could find a recipe for it.

I know it had rice, okra, tomatoes, grouper, ............

anyone know any recipes?
