Default My buddys first fishing trip!!

Well I borrowed my buddys boat and took the misses, my son and both dogs out to play on the sandbars for a while. We tried to get a few clams but it was very poor where I was trying. I guess I was in the wrong place. No big deal, we were having a blast. It was my sons first time on a boat.
The tide was going out and we decided to move to the rt.1 side of the bay. On the way there I did some trolling since the wind was against the tide. I hit the slough right behind the island going into masseys ditch. We trolled it 3 times and had 4 keepers up to 22 inches. I was suprised. The wind kicked up and since the misses is 4 months pregnant I decided to call it a day before it got to choppy. It was a great day.
