I am thinking about going deep sea fishing this summer. I have been several times at Carolina Beach but never caught anything real big. This summer I am wanting to catch some big fish can anyone recommend a place to go? The name of the charter and the location. Thank you very much.
Location: 30 miles from park city UT on 1,500 acres.

I have been salmon and halibut fishing in alaska, That was a blast! We had a high succes rate as well. We stayed at Anchorge. If you can afford it, it is well worth it.

check out live line charters, plan 9 charters or whipsaw. all of these charters are out of wrightsville beach. im pretty sure they all have websites you can go too, if you want to check prices.
I have been looking around the best couple days I found a place down in Daytona Beach Florida called See Ya fishing charters. They fish for Blue Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and Dolphin. It looked pretty good to me especially the Marlin part but I have no idea how the fishing is down there. I have only caught bass out of canals in Florida.
i dont know how much you want to spend, but i have a buddy who runs a 58 sportfisher. if your interested pm me i will give you his info. the best time to fish offshore down here is the ladder part of april, may and june.
I wouldn't do anything less than a 5 day. The longer the trip they go for quality instead of quanity.

FYI, the fishing reports aren't always accurate, but pretty close except ussually locations. The commercial fleet at one time followed these guys around via the reports so they quit being completely truthful. However, you can call the contact listed and get detailed info.
But check this out: From the Intrepid
Wed. March 24, 2010: The Big Tuna came on strong today! Our 13 anglers boated 34 Tuna and 7 Wahoo for the day, with 23 of the Tuna over 100 lbs. or better. Mike Lovell had the biggest of the afternoon with a 221, followed by Dennis Ulick with a 180 lb. Tuna. We had a bite after sunset that yielded another 6 fish between 120 and 150 lbs. The weather has picked up a bit, but the good fishing makes up for it. We will be here again tomorrow and hope for a repeat of today. Wayne says Hi Mark!!! "The Intrepid Team"

I Do Alot of DeepSea fishing in Florida, I Would say the best place to go is down to Key West if you want to catch almost anything. I dont worry about charters since my Dad lives there and owns a Nice 36ft Center Consol, So i cant really help for charters, theres so many down there to pick from tho, and for Hotels its pretty hard since theres more Condos and crap there, i would really recommend Camping instead, There are some really nice Campsites rite on the beaches.
I forgot I made this thread lol. We ended up going to Hawaii a month after I posted this. I went out on the Ihu Nui and caught a Ahi and an Ono. But that was it. It was fun but not worth $800 for two fish
