Default How about a fishing report from Charleston,SC with pictures!

Charleston,SC ICW north of Charleston Harbor.
Water temp 43-44 degrees 1/14/2010
Last part of outgoing low tide ,Partly cloudy, Air temp low 60's to high 50's.
We found the fish at the first area we went to. Looked to be a school of about 100 fish.

Most of the fish were over the 23" slot, with about 10 fish being caught in three hours.

Bait was Berkley Gulp Alive, in the crab and shrimp pattern.

Tackle was, (Reel) Penn Conquer CQR2000 (Rod) Shakespeare Agility ASP 6086 2-M Medium action 8'6" (Line) SpiderWire Invisi-Braid 10lb.

The second location that we went too held plenty of fish, but the bite turned off after the tide changed...
Did not see any dead trout, but did see two dead pelicans.

Coming down in a few weeks to go off shore a couple of days and will probably fish a little inshore as well. Nice looking reds.
