Has anyone been out fishing on Stellwagen Bank lately. When was the cod limit implemented to 10?

The 10 fish linit has been around for a while. Usually dosen' t make a difference!! Am going to Gloucester this Friday to try the Yankee fleet. Will post the results. The voice on their phone said the fishing was good last Saturday and slower on Sunday. I think the Charters are mopping them up.
