Here's a shot of our work last Sat (6/14). We jigged up some live mackerel scads at sun-up. Then we went to a buoy and trolled with live bait for these guys(40-60#). No trophies, but lot of fun. Out here, tunas this size are called "shibi". Once they go over 100#, they're called "ahi"

I caught many fish in Hawaii, but never took pictures....Here are some pictures I took in 1959 while moored on the US Coast Guard buoy tender Blackhaw at Sand Island. We use to take a Liberty Launch to the Aloha Tower and then went in to downtown Honolulu......

Those things are sweeeeeet. We have a place down at Port Canaveral that grills them and serves it on a roll with lettuce and tomato. Best tasting fish there is.
