thanks for reposting this. THis is a great site for those who don't know alot about knots. I knew a few of them, the more common ones, but this is great. Beats any book on how to do it.

For everybody else. It's worth a look.you might not, or probably won't use most of these, but it is a great way to see how to tie them, and learn what they are best used for.

Thanks a ton Rebel. All I knew how to tie were granny's square and fisherman's Knots, needless to say the bow, stern, and anchor lines on my boat were set up incorrectly. I used that site to fix all the knots on my boat today and everything looks cleaner and is more functional. Thanks.
