Default HORNADY LOCK-N-LOAD CLASSIC

THINKING OF BUYING ONE OF THESE SINGLE STAGE PRESSES,TO GET INTO RELOADING.WONDERING IF THIS IS A GOOD PRESS,AND IS EASY TO USE?ALSO,WAS WONDERING EXACTLY WHAT I WILL NEED TO GET STARTED,AND IF THE KIT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED?
I WILL BE RELOADING FOR 30-06.I HAVE A REM.7600 PUMP CARBINE,AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS A FAVORITE LOAD THAT WOULD WORK WELL WITH THIS GUN?I PLAN ON USING HORNADY BULLETS,BUT AM OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS?
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP.

I looked at the same thing, but I was recommended the rock chucker by about 20 different people. My uncle has had one for years, and he has had good luck with his. I ordered mine last night at Cabela's for $244. That was the best price I found. In addition to the kit, I was told I would need a case trimmer, calipers, dies, and shell holders. I was also told that the one-shot case lube was much better than the lube stuff in the kit.

P.S. I found this site to be very helpful.

Thanks for the thread N.T..I also saw the rock chucker in Cabelas, and thought about getting that one.I have always been a Hornady fan,so I'm not sure which way I'll go.
If anyone has a good load for my Rem.7600 carbine pump 30-06,I'd like to hear about it.

I started with the Lee anniversery kit and moved up to the Hornaday this past fall. I really like the lock and load feature. All be it, I have not loaded alot with it yet, I really like it! Much more solid than the Lee. Lee is a good press, don't get me wrong.
