Default Groove Bullets

Has anyone used these bullets ? I am thinking of the 7mm 127 grain one in particlular .

There's a guy on AR forums, called POP that seems to use them extensively.

He's a moderator on the groovebullets website...everything is so groovy over there not sure I am getting both sides of the story if you know what I mean.

Well, sounds like you need to try some Barnes TSX's. Alot cheaper than those grooves. Works about the same I would imagine. ONly thing is finding the right COL is critical.

With the Barnes TSX out now, I can't imagine a need for the more expensive groove bullet unless it's offered in a weight or caliber you can't get from Barnes. From the pictures I've seen on the internet, the Barnes bullets produce a much better mushroom too. The 168 gr. TSX I loaded for my .300 Wby last year worked great and wasn't finicky at all to load for.
