I would have to say RL 7 is one of my favorite powders.I have a 14" contender in 375 win that loves it. I also have loads in .222 and .223 that are good. Very forgiving powder.
Well you know reloading is getting expensive now days so being a cheap scape I use inexpensive stuff. I use accurate 4350 on most stuff and have found some realy good loads. I think just about any brand works. I have not found any particular brand better than the other. I will not say the same for bullets though.
I've worked up some very nice .308Win loads using RL-15........................but it's the only one in the reloader series I've tried. Alliant Red Dot has worked pretty well in my snubbie pistols too.

I used to hate RL22 and RL25, but recently found the nicest little load for my RUM. I got .5MOA accuracy with RL25 and 180gr Triple X. Seems Rl25 likes to be ran near max where RL22 likes the middle.
Hunter338, Reloder 25 gets the nod from me, I currently use it for my 300 RUM and 7.82 Warbird, gets me the best combination of accuracy and velocity, haven't tried Hodgedon's Retumbo yet but hear good reports about it.
Reloder 22 was the best powder in my 300 Win Mag. for many years until I "re-discovered" IMR 4831..
