6mm load

I was going to purchase a 243 but my father graceously is going to allow me to use his 6mm. Does anyone know a good load for the 6mm that would work well on deer?

What I use in mine is the 85 gr XLC BT Barnes bullet with 48 gr IMR 4831 powder . Min load 45 gr =max load 49 gr . 3280=3572 fps in the Barnes book . I have never had to shoot anything twice so I guess it works ,I have two 6mm .

I reload for a friend's 6mm. 100 grain Hornady flat base sp and 48 grains RL22

They're a fine cartridge and excellent for whitetails and pronghorn.

I have a Ruger MKII Synthetic that loves 47.8 gr. of RL 22 and 95 gr. Hornady SST's.
I use Rem. cases, CCI Bench Rest #2 large rifle primers, and it clocks at 3125 fps out of a 22" pipe.
