Default New Clue to runout issues

Well, I had a post complaining about runout with my 300RUM. Well, I know I have to deburr or chamfer the inside of my mouths by a great deal to seat a bullet without getting shaveing. So I called RCBS. They said the spec for a expander ball is .3065" to .307". Mine is a tad bit under .306". So this could cause hard seating, over worked brass and runout issues. I will let you know how it works.
