Default Loads for 7mm-08

Just wondering if some of you guys would post some loads for the 7mm-08. I will be hunting whitetails and using 139gr Hornady SST.
Just wanted to know what some of you thought was a good load for whitetails..

Thanks

The best load for the 7mm-08 useing ANY 139gr bullet is 43.2gr of IMR 4064...real accurate! I load for my family and it shoots great from Remington,Savage and Weatherby guns, and the SST' s shoot the same...

These are the loads I shoot in my Rem classic ,they are max loads so work up to them.I get some one hole groups with all of these@100yds.All groups are less than an inch.

120 BT H4350--50C

139 SST W760--49.9

140 BST IMR 3031--40.2

Have tried other powders and they gave acceplable groups for hunting but these gave the best results for me.

The best load I came up with for my 7mm08 is

40.5 grains of IMR 3031 pushing a 140 grain Nosler Ballistic tip

your Hornady SST 139 grain bullet is a fine selection. I' d be trying IMR4064 and about 43 grains.

Bear in mind that' s near max load!!

Thanks for all the replys, I am currently trying out H414 139gr Hornady Interbond SST bullets.
Suppose to be shooting at 2900 fps, will have to wait and see how it turns out, so far looks good at 25yds 3 shots right in small dot. But moved out to 200 yds and it' s shooting 12 inches high. Will have to do a little tweaking...

Thanks

whenever I fill a case with a ball powder I like to light their fires with a magnum primer.

Just a personal quirk maybe.

I usually load 748 and h380 regularly, for smaller charges I' ll stick to WLR primers, but when loading for the 06 using either I use Federal LR magnum primers. Checking the Lyman # 47, both of those powders at max load is above 2800 fps. Which is only about 50 fps off the fastest.
