Anyone runnig this powder in a 25-06 with 100-120 gr bullets?

I tried it in my Savage110fp and my Wby Vanguard with 100gr Bal Tips and 110 Accubonds. Neither rifle liked RL17 as well as IMR4831.
Rl17 did not shoot "awful", it just didn't measure up to IMR4831.
