Default Anyone have a RCBS Grand Shotshell press?

I have one and it works flawlessly on the old style AA loads, but will not load a new type case. I have tried adjusting the crimp height and the shells still crimp on the side. I used the drop shot tube extension that RCBS sent and it still doesn' t do the job. Any thoughts?

I bought a Grand 20 ga and had a lot of trouble with it.....I packed it up and returned it to RCBS and they discovered the problems and returned it to me set up just for the federal case I wanted to reload....it now works fine....I' m a happy camper now.

Mine misses the primer every once in a while and I get a powder spill. Also the wad guide teeth busted tonight so it folds the shells at the wad station. Go an E-mail in to them.

First time.....try lowering the crimp start station to achieve more closure on the crimp.....raise it to stop overclosing the crimp.

Same info I just got from the RCBS Tech by e-mail. Thanks. I have to replace my wad guide finger unit, 2 of the plastic fingers have broken and the wad podwer cup is not going into the shell well, puts a fold in the side. E-maild that on as well to tech. Waiting for a response. Ryan
