Default Crimp Necessary?

I have been loading for about 2 years with bolt guns and Ruger 1s. I have never crimped the case on any of these. I have a Browning BAR that I am beginning load development on. Is it necessary to crimp the case?

I crimp nothing but tube fed levers. I never crimped for a browning BAR, or any other double stacked mag auto

Default Crimp?

If ones dies are adjusted correctly crimp is unnecessary except on the heaviest recoiling cartridges.
GOOD LUCK and GOOD SHOOTING!!!
