Default 300 h&h

Does anyone load for this cartridge? I am just starting to load for my Browning Safari and picked up some different 180gr bullets (Nosler BT, Sierra Pro Hunter, Hornady BTSP, Nosler PT and AB) and have the following powders on hand - IMR4350, RL22, W760, H4831

I have used 200 grain Swift A-Frames in my .300 H&H on plains game in Africa.

It's one heck of a great round.

H-4350 and H-4831 works just fine.
RL-22 should be good too!

Personally, I'd start with the 4831 powder........

That would be a good place to start....I prefer Hodgdon's over IMR for the .300 H&H

One more thing....brass for the .300 H&H can be hard to find at times...

Buy up a hundred (or even 50) when you can and squirrel them away.
