40 s&w data
After a couple of years of rifle loading I have decided to start loading for my Springfield XD40. A local shop sells Winchester 165 gr Truncated cone bullets for $15.99 per 100. I have scoured my manuals but can't find any reloading data on this bullet. Winchester's site is of no use. Does anyone have any published info on this bullet? I am planning to use it for plinking and practice at the range so hot loads are neither necessary nor desirable. Thanks in advance.

I have loaded for those and if I recall correctly there was no published data I could find at the time either. What I eventually did was use a little interpolation and start low.
I don't have my loading book with me here but I can get the load I ended up using. It was Blue Dot and I was also loading for an 40XD. I went for mid range load and perfect functioning as opposed to max loads.
