Velocity of non max charge
I have only been reloading for a little over a year and have a quetion for you guys. I don't have a chrono yet (I know I need one but "life" keeps happening, and my question is: does anybody know what the website is where you can put in the weight of bullet, powder charge, max charge and velocity of max charge and it figures out the velocity of a non max load. I stumbled across it a couple weeks ago but didn't bookmark it and now I can't find it. I know it won't be right on but it would get me in the ballpark. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
