Winchester is agreed by most to be quality brass at a good value. Lapua is typically referred to as top of the heap but you pay for it. Remington and Nosler have their fans but, on average, are rated lower.
I've personally used Winchester and Remington. I've never had any issues with Winchester, but my first bag of Remington was bad enough that it was my last.
I like Norma the best. But I buy Remington a lot because it's cheap.
However, most of my brass is once-shot factory ammo from Remington, Federal and Winchester.
I have old Remington boxes (white and green) that say "Klean-Bore Primers" on them. They must be old I also have some IMR4895 with the price tag on the can $3.50. It's $20+ now.

as was stated, lapua is best, lake city is good too, norma is decent brass (norma makes brass for weatherby), win. is ok, rem is ok if thats all you can get. nosler doesn't impress me at all, cost as much as lapua and can't hold up as well as win, and not as consistant as rem even.

Well, this is a double edged question. For instance, I love Federals for consistency, but hate the fact that the webbing is so soft. You can only load 3-4 times before it won't hold a primer.
Remingtons hold together good but hate thier consistency. Same with winchester. Hornady seems the worst for toughness. I only got 3 loads from 460smith loads.

.........I think for the quality and value, Win. is about the best. Don't like Rem. brass. Although I don't use it, I understand that Lapua is a decent product.
