I like the Dllon Precision over the RCBS . Though I think a lot of it is what your used to .

Hard to beat a P/W press.
Not near as complicated.
Dollar for dollar Mec would be a great choice

I have run the Dillon and RCBS in 12 ga and fine them to be very "busy" lots of parts and adjustments that seem to me to not be necessary and just make the machine complicated.
No matter what brand of press you get, make sure you can pour a #25 bag of shot into the reservoir. On my old MEC and my current P/W I purchased the larger shot container... well worth the extra $
