Default RCBS Customer Service

Emailed RCBS a couple days ago--needed a replacement expander/decapper unit for one of my dies. They got back to me in just a couple days and are shipping me a replacement, free of charge, no questions asked. Just a testimony-they have GREAT customer service.

+1 I cant remember the girls name I dealt with, but I had a set of dies that were not resizing to fit my chamber, they swapped them out at no cost to me. That why every piece of equipment on my bench is green.

+2! I have never dealt with cutomer service people that are as good as RCBS. Dosen't matter if it's their fault, my fault, or nobody's fault, they deal with it ASAP.

i think i bought that scale back in 1974 had it for 30 years and they fixed it for free,as far as i was cornered it was my fault
