Default Good Load for a Browning 22-250 w/boss

Since this is the reloading section and 99 percent of you probably know more then myself when it comes to reloading rifles cartridges... here is my question...

I own a browning a-bolt 22-250 w/boss and I am pretty sure it has the heavy barrel on it because this thing is heavy to carry around but drive tacks at 200 yds...

its a sweet shooting gun and the trigger pull is probably the best on any gun I own to date... so my concern is barrel life, I keep reading that this round is tough on barrels so that is my main concern... I want it to last thought the years as I have never own a gun that shoots so well so far.

I do not reload currently and was wondering if there is a factory ammo that is less destructive on the barrel then the 4000 fps ammo? I still want the range if possible for coyotes and P-dogs...

so a couple good quality loads and also any more information would be GREATLY appreciated.
