Default Primers?

Anyone seeing any rifle primers on the shelf yet? I am old and forgetful but I can't remember the last time I saw any rifle primers for sale.

It is hit or miss in western pa. I can never seem to pick up the same primers I just ran out of and I am getting sick of working up new loads because it is all I could get my hands on.

My local shop has always had rifle primers. small, large and mag.
It got a little slim around a year ago but that only lasted a few months.

Wish it were just two months waiting from Cabela's. Though most of mine are in now, it took nearly eight months, and still no Large Rifle (due in sometime in January now).

On the other hand, sure seems like there were a lot of primers on GunBroker.com last time I was curious enough to look - of course, those guys want over twice what you'll pay retail.

A couple of weeks ago (just before Thanksgiving) Cabela's south of Austin had some, but only the CCI Benchrest in large rifle (more expensive variety). I bought a couple hundred to carry me for a while. They didn't have a large supply.

THINGS seem to be getting alot better..I even saw some Remington primers a few weeks ago...I would think you should now be able to find most of what you need in all area...that was a ruff two years !!! Now, we have so many stocked up we may not need to buy for the next 20 years!
