Remington All Purpose

I reload Remington Gun Clubs for trap shooting but I have a bunch of Remington All Purpose shells that i don't know what to do with. Are these shells any good for reloading?

Get Lymans reloading manual.It has a section covering all the different hulls and how to identify them.It's very important you use data for a specific case only or it could blow up in your face.
