Default Lyman DPS scales

Is anyone using the Lyman DPS series of scales? My Midway catalog lists a DPS 3 system that I'm considering. One of my friends has one and swears by it. I've never cared much for electronic balances and have owned one in the past.
Any input out there?

I have had a DPS3 for 6 months and love it. I saw a DPS3 on another board for sale for $200... let me see if I can remember which one.

I've got the II with the upgrade kit and it works awesome! Single digit ES out of the Ackley!

.....Single digit ES just about nailed the lid on for me, jk. That's great.
Hairtrigger..If you can come up with that site or any info such as e-mail address, I'd appreciate it if you would pass it on to me. PM or e-mail me if you would. It could save me some money...
Thanks...... Don.

If you get one, I would love to try one. Might have to run up some time this year and see it.

Try and find a II for cheap and then just put the upgrade kit in it.
