Hey bob, I heard you got some big deer down there in texas, but a .375???
Just joshing ya. I've always longed for a .375 H&H but always talked myself out of one for one reason or another.

I have a Sako in 375 H&H and it shoots the 270 gr Barne TSX well behind 78.0 grs of IMR -4350 and a load using Nosler's 260 gr Acubond with 80 grs of R-19. These loads are safe in my rifle but would as always suggest you wok up a load in yours. That TXS is a sledge hammer in this old cartridge.

I load a 270 Grain Speer Boat Tail in front of 81.5 grains of AA 4350, and that is my black bear hunting load

For lighter practice at the range, I load that same bullet with 78.0 Grains of IMR 4350

Like doubleA said, you should start 10% lower, and work up to these load in your rifle.
