It would be very hard to say what would shoot good in someone else' s rifle . Not knowing what you were going to hunt with it ,or if your just target shooting . A round that works well in my rifle might work in yours ,but that is not always the case . That is one of the reasons we handload searching for the perfect round for OUR rifle. More info would help Halcon

Start with " ACCURACY" loads from a Sierra Manual...

The accuracy load for a 120 gr bullet is 49 gr of IMR-4350
The hunting load is 53.1 gr of H4831 . these are from Sierra' s manual , but you would be wise to start a couple of grains under either load and work your way up to them . That way you can check your accuracy and watch for signs of pressure. This would be using Sierra bullets ,If you like something else then refer to a manual setup on that particular bullet if possible .

I have the same gun and have several loads worked up that shoots good for me. I have had good results with IMR4350,4831,7828, with my best accuracy coming from the IMR7828, it gives good velocity with low pressure.

Speer 120grn bullet
55grns of IMR7828
CCI 200 Primer
Remington brass
COL = 3.160......010 off the lands in my rifle

that same bullet also groups well in my rifle with 49 grn of IMR4350 with the same COL.

Here' s a good web page to check out for some other 25.06 loads
