Default .358 Win Encore Pistol Loads

Does anyone here have any loads for the 358 Win in an Encore Pistol? I just purchased the barrel and I am having trouble locating load data. I figure I can reduce the rifle data a little and start there, but I was hoping someone has already found some loads that have worked for them. Thanks for any help.

What bullets do you want to shoot?? I have an MGM 358 Winchester barrel for my Encore. I cast a RCBS lead bullet of 200 grains. I can look up my load if you like, but you may not want to shoot cast. I also loaded some 200 grain Hornady's, but I can not remember the exact load. I think I used H-414. I will look it up if you would like me to. That 358 is a handful.

Sometimes brass is hard to find. I might have 50 extra if you can not find any. Tom.

I try 200gr rem corelokt round nose bullets in your pistol. They work great from 1900fps-2400fps and the 180 honady SSP was designed for the 35rem shot from a pistol.

H4895 works great from a 20" barrel but say IMR3031 or H322 may prove better from a short 10-14 barrel. My experance is with 20" rifle barrels inthe 358win and 35rem (18"&20").
