Barnes Varmint Grenade

I bought 36 grain Barnes Varmint Grenades for my .223 to reload but my supplier is sold out of the Barnes reloading book. I was wondering if any one had the specs for this particular load out of a book they could send me. The lowest my book goes is 40 grain bullet.
