Default Lee Shellholders

A friend wants to reload some pistol ammo using some of my gear. I've got an RCBS RockChucker press, he picked up a see of Lee dies. I see that they include a shellholder with their dies. Anyone know if itscompatible with the RCBS press?

I think they are. I believe most shell holders on presses are interchangable. Different makes just use different number codes.

In their catalog Lee says that their shellholders work with most other presses.

I have found the lee press dies to work in every press unless
it happens to be an old one, like Herters or Pacific brands..

it most certainly works i use a lee number 5 shellholder for my 223wssm in my RCBS supreme and it is actually a more snug solid feeling fit than the rcbs shellholder. . . . . .BB

I heard that Lee's would not work in Hornady but I don't know that is true.

If a RCBS shell holder will work, a Lee will work- the bottom side of the shell holders are identical. If anything, the Lee shellholders are superior to the RCBS ones.

You think so? I find them to have more slop than RCBS. But again, I find some bad slop in RCBS too.
