Default Reloading 35 Whelen AI

Has anyone had experience fire-forming 30-06 cases to create 35 Whelen AI cases?

Will that cause the necks to be brittle and not last for many reloads?

If you fire-form a 30-06, you would need to FL resize in a 30-06 die first, correct?

Your necks may be cracking due to them thinning out because they are being necked up to .35 cal.from .30 cal. Unless you have a bunch of 30-06 brass, I would purchase .35 Whelan brass.

I really don'tunderstand your third question to be safe.

Good luck.
