Default RCBS Ball Micrometer size??

Do any of you guys know if this will fit in a .204 neck? Is it good all the way to .17 or stop at .224? Want to buy this but not interested in doing machine work on it right off the bat. Thanks!

I didn't know RCBS made that. That sure beats my way of using sinclair parts to measure the neck. I would bet it only goes to .220". But would be very interested in finding out.

I will try to call RCBS as soon as they open since it is still early in California right now. Here is a pic of it off of Cabelas Web site.

Just called RCBS and was told it would fit in a .204 but not a .17 caliber. But they was unable to tell me the size of the ball with out putting me on hold again while she paged a tech. It looks the exact same as a Frankford gauge and it has a ball on it that is .185 so I would assume it is the same tool just different name and paint.
