I just started loading 204, and I have had 1 out of every 20 rounds get stuck in my RCBS FL die. Is this a common problem, or dose my RCBS die just not like my rifle chamber? The brass I am sizing is factory loaded Hornaday once fired from my NEF Handi-Rifle. I'm using Lee case lube, and a single stage Lee press. It is getting old having to stop and ruin good brass extracting with my stuck case puller. Right before I started this thread I ordered a Lee collet die set from Midway as a possible fix. Any advice out there?

I don't have any issues outof mine. Same brass, same die. If it was me, I would take somefine emory cloth and polish the inside of that die real good. Or call RCBS and tell em its a rough die. I even use hornadyone shot lube. Its not asslick as lee case lube. Another thing to try is imperial case lube. Very slick stuff.
The Lee collet die should work great for youhowever.
