450 Marlin

What kind of velocites (any bullet) are you handloaders getting with the 450 Marlin. Thanks in advance.

I'm getting around 2240ft/sc with a 300gr JHP. Shot a deer with that load,and she dropped where she stood. Zeak

call Hornady.....1-800-338-3220 and ask for the latest reloading data on that cartridge.....there might be a fee, but it's worth it. I've seen two bullets removed from deer with that thing and it's just like the photos show.....perfect mushrooms!!!
