I have seen one moose and a few of our large bodied Canadian deer killed with the 140gr accubond out of the 7mmremmag.The results were very good.I use the 140gr ballistic tip out of my 7mmstw rifles for deer hunting, and I have taken several deer weighing over 300lbs live weight.I have yet to lose a deer or even have to track one shot with this combination.

fish, the accubond is a bonded core bullet, it does not come apart, I shoot 160 accubonds at 3500 fps out of my 7mm Allen mag, they completely penetrate a whitetail at any distance. I had one that didn't exit, the bullet hit an unseen limb, at a range of 450 yds it made a tennis ball sized entry just to the left of the spine, in front of the ham, angled up through and lodged in the lungs, he ran about 80 yds. here's an exit from an accubond at 532 yds

I shoot alot of 7's, the 7/08, 7 rem mag, 7 stw, and the 7mm Allen, my experience is this, you don't really need an accubond in a 7 mag, sure a 140 BT will separate on a deer if you hit the shoulder at 50 yds, but he's still dead. Its a great bullet and the only reason I shoot them is the extreme velocity from my larger cases, if I shoot one at 100 yds I don't want the deer to get out of sight before he goes down, if he does I know I'll have an exit hole for tracking, a 140 BTworks very well in my 7 STW like stubble has stated, but don't think it would survive the impact at 3750 which my 7 AM is capable of.

I've been shooting them since they first came out. Performance on deer is always the same. Bang, Flop. I have yet had a deer take a step after getting hit with that combination.
