RE: Wild catters .
It was a insperation brought on by to much time on my hands , a sporter projects left overs to much reading of Cartriges of the world , and half a dozenother hunting shooting and reloading books. I have a bbled 6.5 carcanno action $25.00 a box or that per hundred for brass , 8mm mauser sporterized and a cheap 45/410 single shot that is a poor shooter at best , just too much time on hand really .
What to use it for ?? As a "pistol" the above would be legal to hunt big game with in Nv or as steel plate tools . As rifle cartriges they could be used as half range full size offseason practice or as a transition gun for a new shooter. I survived the 22lr to 06' jumpwith every bad habit known.
I was hoping for some first hand knowlodge . I know about the PPC's and the 8x33 ,grenell , and a few others my CotW is about 5 years old or more. I looked at some not so wildcats too , like the 32-40 .
I need a hobby ......... a different hobby .
